October 2025 Classes & Events
Single Day Wheel Throwing Class: October 1st (SOLD OUT)
In this two hour class, students will learn the basics of throwing pottery on the pottery wheel with our instructor Demi Francois. On average, students usually make 1-4 pieces of pottery during this session. The studio staff will then trim and glaze all pieces with student’s choice of color. Pieces will be ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after class. This class will be held on Wednesday October 1st 4-6pm. Class is limited to six participants. Ages 12 and up. All clay and supplies are included.
Pumpkin Making Workshop: October 4th
In this two hour workshop, students will learn to hand sculpt realistic decor pumpkins from clay with our instructor Demi Francois. Expect to make 1-3 pumpkins in this class. Class will be held on Saturday October 4th 11am-1pm. Students will have the choice of coming back during our open hours to paint their pumpkins or choose a color and the studio staff will take care of glazing. Class is limited to 8 participants ages 12 and up. Pieces will be ready to pick up 1-2 weeks after they are glazed.

Tripod Mug Making Workshop: October 18th
In this two hour class, students will learn how to make a “Tripod Mug” from slabs of clay with our instructor Demi Francois. Students will have the choice of coming back another day to glaze their piece or the studio staff will glaze the mug with student’s choice of color. Pieces will be ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after class. This class will be held on Saturday October 18th 11am-1pm. Class is limited to eight participants. Ages 12 and up. All clay and supplies are included.
GUIDED Paint Your Own Tree Landscape Platter: October 18th
In this three-hour class, Sheila Hermann will guide you through unique techniques to elevate your work through creating this tree silhouette landscape scene on a large platter. All supplies are included and your piece will be food safe after it is fired in our kiln. This class will be held on Saturday October 18th 11am-1pm. Class is limited to seven participants. Ages 12 and up. Pieces will be ready to pick up 1-2 weeks later.

GUIDED Paint Your Own Poinsettia Christmas Platter: November 15th
In this three-hour class, Sheila Hermann will guide you through unique techniques to elevate your work through creating this Poinsettia Flower scene on a large Christmas tree platter. All supplies are included, and your piece will be food safe after it is fired in our kiln. This class will be held on Saturday November 15th 11am-1pm. Class is limited to seven participants. Ages 12 and up. Pieces will be ready to pick up 1-2 weeks later.
