February 2025 Classes & Events
Four Week Wheel Throwing Course: February
In this four-week course, students will learn how to create functional clay vessels on the pottery wheel as well as trimming, applying decoration and glazing techniques with our instructor Demi Francois. Each session is two hours long and will occur on four consecutive Tuesdays including February 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th from 6:00PM-8:00PM. Class is limited to six participants. Ages 12 and up. All clay and supplies are included.
Single Day Wheel Throwing Class: February 8th -SOLD OUT
In this two hour class, students will learn the basics of throwing pottery on the pottery wheel with our instructor Demi Francois. On average, students usually make 1-4 pieces of pottery during this session. The studio staff will then trim and glaze all pieces with student’s choice of color. Pieces will be ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after class. This class will be held on Saturday February 8th 11am-1pm. Class is limited to six participants. Ages 12 and up. All clay and supplies are included.
Valentines Clay Date: February 13th- SOLD OUT
In this two hour class, couples will learn the basics of throwing pottery on the pottery wheel while enjoying complimentary wine and charcuterie boards with our instructor Demi Francois. On average, students usually make 1-4 pieces of pottery during this session. The studio staff will then trim and glaze all pieces with student’s choice of color. Pieces will be ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after class. This class will be held on Thursday February 13th 6-8pm. Class is limited to six participants (3 couples). Ages 12 and up. All clay and supplies are included. Price includes 1 couple for $160.
Hanging Bird Feeder Workshop: February 15th- SOLD OUT
In this two-hour workshop, students will be provided with a pre-made form and learn how to transform it into a hanging Bird Feeder with our instructor Demi Francois. The studio staff will then glaze the Bird Feeder with student’s choice of color. Pieces will be ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after class. This class will be held on Saturday February 15th 11am-1pm. Class is limited to ten participants. Ages 14 and up. All clay and supplies are included.

Butter Dish Workshop: February 22nd
In this two-hour workshop, students will learn how to hand build a two piece butter dish from slabs of clay with our instructor Demi Francois. The studio staff will then glaze the butter dishes with student’s choice of color. Pieces will be ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after class. This class will be held on Saturday February 11am-1pm. Class is limited to eight participants. Ages 14 and up. All clay and supplies are included.
GUIDED Paint Your Own Mardi Gras Chip N Dip Bowl: February 15th
In this three-hour class, students will be guided on how to paint a Mardi Gras scene on a 11inch chip and dip bowl with our instructor Kama Logan! All glaze and supplies are included in the price. This class will be held on Saturday February 15th 11am - 2pm. Class is limited to sixteen participants. Ages 12 and up.
